My family and I recently relocated to the area and were pressured with a very quick closing on our property and lots of uncertainty as to whether rural or urban living best suited our current needs and lifestyle. Add in the current climate of the market with record setting quick sales and bidding wars limited to select dates it made for many challenges especially for an out of town buyer.
We first met Sarah choosing to pursue a property with acreage which unfortunately didn’t work out. Despite all of the time and effort, offers, inspections which Sarah handled on our behalf in an incredibly seamless manner she continued to work with us in the most extraordinary ways and with such a positive regard and drive I’ve yet to encounter through the many real estate transactions I’ve experienced throughout the years.
